This is breath taking. Her face, hair and eyes are beautiful. The grass is very well done, too. If you will allow me a slight critique: the dragons face looks very odd, because the angle (expecially because of the horns) suggests that we should be able to see the top of the dragons snout/head, but instead we have a profile view.
Regardless, it's looks amazing - I really like the soft coloring style you have.
